A typical day in our Primary classroom — a calm rhythm of learning, play, meals and rest.

Morning

6:30 – 7:45Welcome & free play
7:45 – 8:15Breakfast
8:20 – 8:50Outdoor fitness & children's yoga
8:50 – 9:00Greeting & getting ready for class
9:00 – 9:15Circle time — Pledge of Allegiance, calendar, stories, songs, poems & monthly theme
9:15 – 9:30New Montessori presentation
9:30 – 11:00Montessori work period
10:15Morning snack

2:30 – 2:45Afternoon snack
3:00 – 4:00Enrichment — gardening, music & vocals, soccer, cooking, dance, art & painting
4:00 – 4:30Evening academics
4:30 – 5:00Evening recess on the playground
5:00 – 5:30Homework club
5:30 – 6:00Computer class
6:00 – 6:15Evening snack
6:15 – 6:30Daycare
6:30School closes

This is a typical classroom schedule. Teachers also follow each child's individual needs.
